Mercure Samarinda

I had a great breakfast here. The service, the food, the environment are all wonderful. All the waiters here are great and skilled, especially the waiter named Aurelia. She treated me well with a smile everytime I will definitely come visit again!

the room didn’t have a smart TV, but everything else was great, Hot water was available, and the room had a charming classic style

Stayed in mercure for 3 nights, and was good experience, its good hotel, clean, easy to reach, with the mall next to it. Also having skyhouse rooftop testo and bar, with nice crews, especially Ms. Gisca, super nice helped me on reservation, menu selection etc. Would recommend to stay here, and enjoy the skybar which has good city view

very well hotel with nice view and nice service also the ambient is awesome, if you have some request they’re very fast to follow up your request

The location is good

The receptionist is not nice. When I see them, I’m the one who give greetings. The room was not clean and there was cockroach in the room. When we called the hotel staff, they clean the room again for 2 times. I also had to give them information about the dirty mirror in the room (there was fingerprint) and in the toilet, and sink.

Despite booking for 2 adults + 2 kids, with breakfast included, property made us pay for the kids. Management didn't bother to answer our request to discuss / explanations

Room was ok, clean , employees are very nice The restaurant is terrible The food I ordered was not fit to eat The steak only had 3 bites that I could eat It was almost all fat. The salad was not fresh And was very small. The hamburger from the previous night was extra terrible. I do not think it was real meat and looked like a child made it. No let us, not tomatoes, no onions. And the wrong kind of cheese I sent in laundry it came back dirtier that when I sent it in

Great staff, they were kind, friendly and helpful. Both elevators smell very bad. Outside the hotel also smell very bad. The hotel needs to improve maintenance. When we came in, the shower was broken. At certain hours the elevators were jammed, people hearing toward the restaurant on the top of the building
