The apartment was poorly maintained, and the housekeeper did not do a satisfactory job. Upon check-in, we found that the water filter was not working. The host later provided a carton of bottled water as a temporary solution. Additionally, the floor drain was clogged, preventing proper water drainage. To make matters worse, there were lizard droppings on the bedsheet, which was absolutely disgusting.
