It was a three night stay. Room super small. TV not working. Dirty towels, only two towels exactly. Room smelled really bad. Bed not comfortable.

Absolutely terrible. The room wasn't even as big as my bedroom at home. What was supposed to be a double was a fullsize bed which took up 80% of the space and a bathroom the size of a closet that reminded me of jail . Demanded refund and they kept $20 since we were there a half hour while searching for another hotel...one by the way was only $27 more and was almost a suite... especially compared to there

Staff were very idc in attitude. Room the size of a closet.. bathroom disgusting and didn't have toilet paper. A $30 room for $120... No thanks

The worst customer service ever. I booked online and got there and the television , WiFi or the remote didn’t work. I walked back to the front desk and explained that I would have never book here if I knew the conditions and circumstances beforehand. The front desk lady laughed and said I’m sorry and pointed to the no refund sign. The room and the bathroom was dirty. I was not given a towel, or wash cloth and there was no soap in bathroom at all not even a little complimentary soap. There was no trash can in room.

Works if all you need is a bed, shower and warmth.
