Canvas Danang Beach Hotel

The showers in the bath caused water to go everywhere as the shower curtains didn’t stop the water. Floor became very slippery and dangerous.

Tout séjour parfait, hôtel très bien situé, la plage juste en face les restaurants à pied et centre ville tout proche. Location de scooter sur place parfait pour tous mes déplacements.

The location is good right across from the beach and the pool area is nice. The breakfast was really good.

The staff at the hotel do not speak very good English so communication is difficult. Our dinner order at the hotel roof top was mucked up many times and it was almost an hour before we received our meal and then they didn't order my sons meal which took another 45min for a burger! Our room we booked a Grand Suite with ocean view and this room only had 1 large king bed in it for 4 people. And when we checked out they decided to charge us $60 extra for dirty towels.

The breakfast was really great, though we don't have many choices, but in general, it was satisfied. The location is really convenient, so close to the beautiful beach, and the view is wonderful.

On the first night, the non-ocean-view room was not clean — there were water stains on the floor, the towels had marks, and the toiletries were poor. After upgrading to an ocean-view room on the third day, the hygiene improved greatly, and the hotel offered compensation. Overall, the service was good, but cleanliness needs improvement. The downside is that it can get quite noisy at night when the shops downstairs are busy, and it doesn’t quiet down until around 2 a.m.
