Bebo Babu Guest House

I almost never give that high rate as i was it today. Owner - annolder woman was really pleasant, helpful.. she could be aa example for all the peoples who works with the turist. We got delicious breakfast, incredible hospitality... I dont speak russian or georgian...at the breakfast she asked me if i want chacha...i tgougth that she wants to bring me a.tea or something... I said yes...and she gave me georgian national drink with 50%+ alcohol. I have to drink this before the breakfast with her. Cheers :) :)

Bebo Babu is a charming house, clean, tidy with a beautiful garden. However what made my stay memorable is the hospitality and generosity of the owner lady. She has such a welcoming and kind spirit and treated us all like family members. Also the breakfast was extremely tasty (and huge) and filled me up for the rest of the day. Thank you, Bebo Babu!

Its like staying at your grandmas house during summer :) the host is great. She welcomes Everyone with a supper and she offers a lot of cha cha and wine :)

Everything was fine, it could be cleaner but the host is an older lady so its understandable. If you're looking for great experiences rather than great rooms the place is for you :)

We loved Bebo&Babu guesthouse. The host is a real angel. She offered us dinner when we arrived late, she offered us chacha and wine too. She is very kind, friendly and generous. The room is nicely decorated, there are some cupbourds to put your clothes in and black-out curtain. The bed is huge. Private bathroom with soap, toilet paper, 2 towels per person, shower curtain and proper shower with hot water. Everything was very clean and neat. The guesthouse has a big terrace and a beautiful garden. Also we could park the rented car in the yard. We could use the washing machine and hang out our clothes on a proper cloth dryer. The guesthouse is very quiet and undisturbed. It takes about 20 minutes by walk to the centre. We got the most wonderful, tasty and varied breakfast in whole Georgia. We hope to return in the future. We absolutely recommend it! Thank you again!

it could be warmer in the rooms, but it's our own fault that we didn't book in time so that the owners haven't enough time for heating the rooms in winter time.

the heating did not work and we were freezing (we also had a small child with us). when we asked the owner about the heating she didn’t know why it was not working, she didn’t offer heaters or extra blankets After posting this review the owner kept messaging me to delete it, never even apologised

This is the place where the legendary Georgian hospitality stands tall. We were treated more like relatives visiting, rather than customers, and this felt very unique, I would really like to thank the owners (this is a family business) for that and hope more people would come and experience this kind of attitude. This is also a very quiet and cozy place, being located at the further part of Kutausi, but this really is a great plus, as you can have a good night's sleep or not be disturbed by the city noize during the day. The place is being maintained very well, so the interior feels fresh and new. All in all I wholeheartedly recommend visiting this place if you're ever in Kutaisi (and you SHOULD visit Kutaisi - this is a great city with a lot to see) - do pay them a visit.
