"Dirty and very uncomfortable"

Working AC, and staff helped to arrange an early morning scooter ride to the airport when there were no Grab rides available.

Very dirty - there was a cockroach in the bathroom when I arrived, and when I asked the receptionist for some spray to kill it and clean the bathroom floor, but he only came in and stamped on it, and left the dead cockroach in the middle of the bathroom floor, he also only brought some air freshener, which implies he didn’t even know if they had cleaning equipment. Didn’t fill me with confidence about the hygiene. Also, the pillows were incredibly lumpy, old and uncomfortable. It was only 120,000 IDR, but I definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here.
