The outlet and charger station on the left side of the bed did not work snf thr bottom bunk tv did not work

I love the check in lobby decorations and the arcade. That is very nice. The hotel rooms needs be upgraded. The decorations are nice and the characters are nice but the hotel room showers are horrible and they need to keep exterminators. They have too many bugs. They need to create more suites and get rid of the hotel rooms. Breakfast should be free.

We enjoyed the pool

Had to wait 2 hours to check in and also they where Short staffed and ran out of linen , we all slept without blankets

The property has lots of indoor activities throughout the day, such as crafts and character meetings, for kids. Unfortunately there isn’t enough lifeguards for the slide to be open all day. That was extremely disappointing.

The room was to be ready at 4pm. We arrived and were told it would be another hour and they would let us know. We were not told and had to go back to the desk again after an hour. We were told the blind is broken and it had to stay closed. Not a good impression. Should have given a discount for the inconvenience.

The kids loved their experience at the Cartoon Network Hotel! The outdoor pool was nice and the lifeguards were amazing and friendly! Breakfast was fun and the boys were so excited to meet the characters! The sale at the gift shop was also a plus. 10/10
