Lovely hotel and delicious breakfast!

The location of the hotel is in the center of Alacati, it can be said that it is an ideal location for those who want to stay in the center. However, if you have a heavy suitcase, something you need to carry or a car you need to park, it is a location that can turn into a nightmare. Otel konumu alacatinin merkezinde , merkezde kalmak isteyenler icin ideal bir konum denilebilir. Ancak agir bir valiziniz, tasimaniz gereken bir sey ya da park etmen gereken arabaniz vs varsa tam bir kabusa donusebilecek bir lokasyon.

We had 2 Different Disgraceful Experiences! Definitely stay away from There! 1-There was a black beetle about 3 cm in size on the ceiling of the hotel, it wandered up and down the ceiling all night, we had to follow the insect without blinking because it would fall on our bed. We couldn't catch the insect because the ceiling was high. It was disgusting. And very disturbing. 2- Music is played at a incredibly high volume until midnight (until 1.30 a.m!!) on the street where the hotel is located. Imagine you are trying to sleep in the garden of a Disco. You never sleep! If you are tired and resting is what you expected from a hotel, this is not such a hotel. Go and stay on nearest park instead. We talked to both booking.com and hotel owner many times to cancel the reservation as we had paid for 4 nights on the first night and we asked them to cancel it, but our requests were definitely denied. Our overpaid money was not refunded, so we could not change the hotel. Instead of giving us a positive response from the hotel owner, a disgraceful statement was made as we would know if are coming to Alacati. ? Really!!! If you don't want to pay money and be insulted, find a better place for yourself, don't believe the hotel's rating!
