It decent location from downtown. Room sizes. Good communication with your host.

Snoring neighbor (ap. 1) and lack of parking space (you can use the street, but there is no free space most of the time)

The location is great, only a couple steps away from Calea Victoriei which crosses most of the important landmarks. The apartment is very spacious and the hosts friendly and profesional.

If you are not afraid of tidy elevators, the stairway to the apartments is quite a nightmare to take. This however has nothing to do with the hosts as it is related to how the block was designed and built.
