Direkt im Zentrum gelegenes Haus an der Strandstrasse und vielen Restaurants, Bars und Hotels in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ebenso Einkaufsmöglichkeiten uns Supermarkt für Lebensmittel. Die Studios sind relativ klein. Deshalb unbedingt mit Balkon buchen. Kleines Badezimmer. Zweckmässige Küche mit fast allem ausgerüstet. 2 Herdplatten und Micro Ofen. Meersicht mit Morgensonne (nicht im Winter). Schöner Strandzugang gleich über die Strasse! Super hilfsbereite Staff! Alle 3 Tage wird das Zimmer gründlich gereinigt

The apartments are very spacious and well-equipped. The rooftop is fantastic. You can use the beach access across the street. The beach is okay, but there are better ones in Hurghada. The location is quite central and therefore noisy. Our room was on the ground floor and we had to use earplugs. When we asked to change to a higher floor, the staff just said "not noisy". When occupancy is low, they seem to keep the better rooms closed to save cost.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Went well beyond requirements. Great value. Will stay again next time in Hurghada.

room was very clean and new stuff is helpful in center of the city. Beach is ok you need swimming shoes no food but you are in middle of the city

The suits are extremely nice and very affordable. The view was great and you are granted free access to the beach and roof top. The location is at the heart of the Sheraton street so plenty of options for dining and shopping. Taha (manager) went above and beyond to help with anything and everything. Overall would highly recommend the suite

Super aparthotel j'ai pris la réservation avec la chambre et salon séparé super bien. Rooftop nikel mais pas de piscine. Piscine il faut marcher 8 minutes pour y accéder c'est dans un autre propriété. Et la plage privé de l'hôtel pas mal aussi c'est jolie orange beach elle s'appelle. Bien placé et prix pas cher

The good ----------- Looks like this hotel has just been refurbished (or just opened). Everything has been beautifully done. Looks like the place has even more potential as they're planning to open additional facilities on the roof (like a restaurant). The staff here were excellent, beyond helpful and accommodating. I'd be giving a far worse score here if it weren't for the staff. The location is good, with free access to Orange beach and one other. There's a private elevator which takes you down to the road with the beaches on. The bad --------- I would not recommend the hotel for those needing to work from the room. The WiFi is poor, maybe 2/1.5 (not good enough for calls). The desk in the room is designed such that it'll over balance if you put any weight on the unsupported end (potentially spilling your laptop onto the floor), and there's no power sockets near enough to the desk unless you have an exceptionally long charger. The power sockets in the room (unlike pretty much every other power socket in tourist locations in egypt) do not accept North American plugs, so you'll need adaptors. The inexcusable ------------------- The AC in our room flooded twice, soaking our bags the first time, and the floor the second time. Called the front desk the first time, and they sent someone after 15-20 minutes, didn't bother for the second and just collected the water with towels and saucepans.
