New Hotel Grand View

Booked city view and was given a box room without windows. After complaining I was given the room I booked. After I unpacked and wanted to head out I realised the door doesn’t lock. I then was moved again to another city view room. The day before I check out I was told to check out early at 6am because they have another customer who has booked this room. After complaining I spoke to the owner of the hotel and he said I can stay in my room. I then extended my stay on booking.com for a further 4 days, after booking it the reception staff told me the room is not available even though it shows available on booking.com. The whole hotel was empty there was only two guests including me. The staff and management at this hotel is very poor please avoid booking here to avoid disappointment.

overall outlook of the room

First night i got overcharged, it was assigned for couple but charged as 2 persons.

Staffs behavior was roude

Deluxe single room no- 407 was good, comfortable and for single it's enough. Stuff was friendly 🙂

The location was good.

We arrived on 3rd and booked a family executive room. On the day we been told , they made mistakes and booked family room. The restaurant was not clean, 60% coffee & tea cups were dirty. 50% dinner plates were chipped or broken. Empty bottles, used tea bags, and tissues on the floor by the serving area, small ants crawling by the food areas. One day, we went down for breakfast at 09:15, and Restaurant ran out of breakfast. On settlement day, the reception didn't have the credit card machine. We requested taxi day before our departure , and we have been told we couldn't arrange any taxi , all our taxis booked.
