Casanova - Family Apartments Residence

The pool area was stunning with views over the valley. There was also a nice lounge and terrace for all guests with those views, and care and attention give to the garden with lots of flowers. The apartment was fairly basic but a very comfortable bed, nice bathroom, and it stayed quite cool - I didn't need to turn on the air conditioning even in June. The WiFi was excellent for remote working. It was very convenient for walking into San Quirico - you do have to walk at the side of the road for a bit but not for long and cars seemed used to seeing people there

The apartment missed some basic things like wine glasses, dish soap, and salt. My apartment also looked on to the back rather than having views over the valley - I'm not sure if I was unlucky or the other apartment were different types.

Plus... Location, cleanliness, helpfulness of staff, great pool area, lovely looking lobby, nice areas for small groups, good parking and within easy walking distance of San Quirico d'Orcia Minus... Dogs barking next door all night, poor WiFi connection in the end room where I was. Two single beds put together meant a ridge down the middle! Expensive breakfast (15€) for what it was.

Amazing view and quiet location. Stunning scenery and really relaxing to lie by the pool outside. The flat was comfortable as well.

Only negative was the frying pan was quiet old and the food was stuck to it when cooking.

Fantastic hotel, and fabulous friendly and very helpful staff, nothing was ever too much trouble

10 dage i ferielejlighed uden rengøring, og ikke meget service venligt personale. Man kunne godt føle sig lidt til besvær når man henvendte sig til hotelpersonalet. Beliggenheden er der ikke noget at sætte en finger på.

It was the second time we stayed at this accommodation! The view is beautiful, close to the old town, shops and restaurants. The staff is kind and helpful! From here, we went on daily trips to the larger and smaller Tuscan towns and villages. Afterwards, we rested at the pool, which is very tidy and the view is amazing! Anita

Cleaning team way to loud. from the morning to 6 pm you can hear the team preparing the rooms speacking very loud and knocking the furnitures over the walls. You really can't have a rest because the sound is diffusing over the walls of the hotel. I was expecting calm and rest during my stay and it wasn't clearly the case. The place is great by the way but I will not return for this issue.
