Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo, casa molto bella sicuramente forse non nuovissima, vedi i condizionatori da sistemare probabilmente in quanto non potentissimi oppure il tavolo in cucina leggermente traballante, ma comunque molto buona nel complesso con i letti molto comodi, bagno (con lavatrice) sistemato bene e l'ingresso accogliente. Anche la cucina top. A livello di mezzi ottimamente collegata con centro e stazioni, il tram 4 ti porta oggettivamente ovunque.

Purtroppo la zona in cui è situata è la vera pecca, ahimè. Barriera di Milano è molto poco sicura, abbiamo preso i mezzi il meno possibile soprattutto la sera in quanto non ci sentivamo sicuri nel prenderli...

The location was terrifying, especially at night. The surrounding area was full of homeless people and felt extremely unsafe. I was traveling with my three children, who were crying and scared. A loud explosion that sounded like a gunshot (possibly fireworks) went off nearby, which terrified them even more. Finding the property was difficult and frightening late at night. When we asked for help, we were dismissed and told to “read the instructions.” The door code did not work, and when we contacted the host, they simply resent the same instructions instead of providing actual assistance. We were promised a refund, but have since been completely ignored. Booking.com only offered a $20 credit, which is insulting given the conditions and the trauma this caused my family. This was the worst accommodation experience I have ever had. Unsafe, unsanitary, and unprofessional. Do not stay here—especially if you have children.

Pulizia non ottimale nella zona della cucina. Il doccino della doccia era rotto e rendeva più difficile l'utilizzo.

Appartamento ben climatizzato, spazioso.

Alcuni elementi usurati, televisione con audio non funzionante, doccino rotto, doccia da ripulire piena di calcare.
