チェックイン時、出かける時、チェックアウト時のフロントやフロント近くにいたホテルスタッフさんが全員挨拶してくれてとても気持ちのいい気分になれました。 1階のエレベーターを使用するのにカードキーが必要なのでセキュリティ面もよかったです。

ベッドサイドにある置き時計が6分以上遅れていた。気付いたから新幹線に乗り遅れなくてよかったが、腕時計をするまでは信用していましたし、スタッフさんの対応がよかっただけに残念でした。

部屋の掃除が行き届いてると思います 朝食の品数が多過ぎず適量（多いと迷います）

空気清浄機の水タンクが空っぽでした 室内の壁の一部に何かの汚れが残っていました
