Outside Space is great, villa has all the facilities required.

Just back from our Holiday at Villa Michelle and would like to inform you of disappointment on arriving at the villa at our check in time only to find it not cleaned with other people's sheets/towels still lying around. This is totally unacceptable with COVID still happening around the world. I informed Jason at the very start that we were arriving early morning and if possible could we have a early check in. I totally accept this is not always possible but I was informed that check in would be 3pm. We arrived at quarter to 3 to find the villa uncleaned and when I phoned Jason (who was not on the Island) and not interested, he told me "these things happen", cleaners are very busy at the moment!! Not acceptable!! Villa should have been ready and spotless for our arrival at 3pm. I actually cleaned the fridge myself as we had bought some things from the supermarket on our walk to the villa. We sat outside waiting for the cleaners to arrive! Villa was finally ready at quarter to 5. We also cleaned the outside terrace ourselves as cleaners saw we were sitting outside so left! Next day we discovered Pool was not heated, bathroom lights on mirror in en suite were not working, light fixture was hanging down, Shower Door in Bathroom would not close, TV was not working, and no information on the villa. I informed Jane of all this the next day when she came to the villa and she advised she would get onto maintenance to rectify. She showed me a ipad, which was unplugged and said to charge it up and all the information would be there. Well the Ipad was broken when it charged! The Pump in the pool was broken and a second hand one was installed, however we were told it would take time to work and heat the pool so it was Wednesday afternoon before we could use the pool. The other bits was never rectified!! I would like to email the owners of our dissatisfaction on all of the above and get a response and some kind of compensation before leaving a review.
