I came here 3 months ago and it was great

The manager is awful. When I checked in she charged me for parking even though it clearly said free parking. She yelled at me and said she made changes and it should have always been paid parking. Three months ago it was free. She then berated me for using the tap on the credit card payment, said that isn’t allowed even though it went through. Terrible customer service and charges that are not supposed to be there.
