USWell priced for area. Proprietor is very kind older gentleman who picked us up at train station 4 stops up from Kansai Osaka Airport. Property is well furnished, as advertised. A bit more like a hostel with private rooms and shared public spaces than a traditional western hotel.
Portions of rooms are separated by thin sliding doors instead of solid walls. All other guests were pretty considerate about their noise, but some noise does spill out.
DEvery very good experience in Japan, when I sleep above a tatami bed, I feel like in Japanese drama. Enjoy the サウナ most, if it is possible I wish I can stay here for the rest of my life😆 Thanks for the owner, he pick us up several times from the train station. It really helps! We are really appreciated that the owner and his employee wait us during the very late night and drive us to the サウナ. Thanks an again for the best service. まだね

GBThe owners where very friendly and helped us a lot during our stay. Even if they did not speak English well which complicated communication, they managed to make us feel welcome all the time. They came to the train station to pick us up and brought us back at the end of our stay. If you want to try the experience of being hosted by a Japanese family this is the place!

When people talk about the hospitality found in Japan, the Airport Osaka went above and beyond! From there amazing communication to make sure that they would be able to pick us up from the train station, to making sure we were able to get food on our way to the hotel as we hadn't eaten all day, the family who own the hotel went above and beyond to make sure that we well treated.
They only draw back is that the hotel is a little challenging to get to. However, the owners graciously made up for the challenging location by driving us to and from the train station.
NLGreat hosts, it is like coming over to your family. We were introduced in their house, with a drink and then introduced to our room and shared facilities. The owner picked us up, dropped us of to eat then dropped us of to go to the public bath and paid for it. And then also picked is up again (this was in the middle of the night). Very fortunate to have been here, unforgettable stay.
The room is divided by a paper thin door that anyone can open. It is also possibly to just peek into other rooms or get peeked in to. Because it is so thin you can hear everything! However we slept just fine!
AUExcellent service and very welcoming. Like staying with family. This was a very memorable stay. we were picked up and delivered to the station the next day with our massive bicycle boxes! These guys were so helpful. we loved the kitchen as we met other guests. very traditional- the real deal. everyone should try this.
