View was amazing...nice park with palm threes.. if you book room with that view..

Only the location

The bathroom was very bad nothing worked, the staff was very rude. Almost everything in the room was broken. The bed was very bad en we couldn’t sleep well. The entry key card was broken en we needed to get in the room with a manual key. When we first arrived the fridge was filled with a lot of towels because the fridge leaked water, our room was under the water. They give new towels once in two days.

The location is very good, with a nice view to the public park and partially to the castle. The room is clean and the beds are very comfortable

It s really not a 4 stars hotel. The shower is almost broken, the water is super hot for a few seconds, then is suddenly super cold, the internet basically does not work, the towels were not changed during 5 nights of stay. And I can continue with many other examples…

Good location.

very unfriendly staff. At first they didn't want to check us in. Under the pretext that we hadn't paid for our stay at the hotel. Although, we paid for our accommodation a week ago. They kept us for 2 hours checking everything, then finally decided to let us in, but said that our room had not been cleaned yet. And we waited for another hour. We had to wait more than three hours before they let us in. And in the end they didn't even apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Not only is this hotel right in the city and is located perfect, but the rooms were also very nice as well and the staff here was so amazing. They made us feel welcome, safe and were very helpful! Special thanks to Huseyin and Murat for for being so helpful and nice to us. We really loved being here and would definitely choose to stay here the next time we visit Alanya

Otel çok temiz ve konforluydu. Lokasyonu çok iyiydi, direkt barlar sokağında yer alıyor. Otopark bu bölgede biraz sıkıntı ama otelin yakınında bir kapalı otopark var, uygun fiyatlı ve yer bulunabiliyor. Oteldeki tek konforsuz şey yastıklardı :) tekrar Alanya’ya gelirsem bu oteli tercih ederim.
