Sehr schönes Wohnzimmer, git ausgestattete Küxhe. Der Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist Gold wert!

Die Beheizung der Räume (Ende März) erfolgte durch elektrische kleine Heizkörper, wir haben zwei davon ins Wohnzimmer gebracht, das hat gut funktioniert aber die Schlafräume blieben halt ungeheizt. Ein Wasserhahn im WC war so verkalkt, dass nur ein Rinnsal kam und wir uns im Bad die Hände gewaschen haben. Das WC im 1. OG befand sich in einem winzigen schrankähnlichen "Raum".

There is space in the flat. The owners were very accommodating with an earlier check-in. Convenient transport links.

The flat was dirty and dusty (especially the carpets). The coffee machine was mostly broken (you could hack it but in the process we wasted at least 5 coffee capsules). The fan in one of the bathrooms was broken and on all the time which was loud in the upstairs bedroom. There was a very limited amount of crockery and glasses - not enough for all guests! The toilet upstairs was tiny so you couldn’t close the door. Not a fault of the owners but some of the neighbours were quite noisy, especially a very loud dog who barked a lot at night for some reason

It is a nice, safe location with good and cheap food and shopping possibilities close to the apartment.

The toilet above is only for dwarfs or children.

We had a good time, it is a beautiful apartment and it was nice, things we didn’t like are the terrace, which was dirty with bird poo and to be asked to take all trash away, in a short vacation I would have liked to pay extra for the service and not do it. Apartment very reachable with the metro and tram line with nice surroundings, with a nice bakery close by.

Did what it was supposed to do getting lots of people together. Though surrounding area was a bit of a downer.

ok location close to metro and tram within quiet surroundings, but property condition and general cleanness needs improving, toilet has black marks, bags full of rubbish left in the balcony. Host was not responsive after checking in at all until after checking out.

Great location with secure off street parking and only a 35-40 minute walk to Grand Place.
