Nothing I can fault the staff are lovely

Location was perfect for the weekend.

The room doesn’t match any of the pics online. Very small basic room no room to move around bed other than one side. Me and my partner are bit over 6ft4” and the beds had a metal bar at the end of which are feet were hanging over the bar. Being on the first floor we didn’t get much sleep as all you could hear was the music from downstairs.

The manageress wasn't very helpful as we were told there was a place for our mobility scooter to save me taking it in and out of the car every time we went to use it. she told us there was no place to put it

Room could with refreshing, and a small beside table would be helpful to put phone, glasses and reading book, otherwise room was fine and spacious and had a comfortable bed.

It’s a lovely friendly hotel with nice staff

Location was about 1/2 mile from Tower and other attractions. Good sized comfortable room with fridge and nice big towels.. Plenty of hot water. Tea & coffee provided. Excellent breakfast. Very good choice. Steve was particularly helpful and friendly.

Loud music all night which I didn't realise when I booked it. Even on the 2nd floor it could be heard and went on until the early hours. No staff on hand at check out. Bed was lumpy Fixed shower head
