チェックインの時間より少し早く着いたのですが、スタッフの方には親切にご対応頂き、早目にチェックインさせて頂け助かりました。 笑顔を絶やさず、優しい声でご対応頂いたので、滞在中も安心して過ごせました。有難うございました。 機会があれば、また利用させて頂きます。

綺麗な部屋、大きなベッドで快適に過ごせました。ちょっと大きめのホテルでも、食事なしでビジネスホテル的な部屋に泊まるくらいなら全然こちらが良い。

素泊まりなので、食事は箱根周辺の美味しい店を調べて食べる楽しみがあります。コロナ感染の波が再度、激しくなっているので、他の客との非接触なところは今の時期に良いと思います。
