Phillip Island Townhouses

The location was fantastic & was easily accessible to the main strip of shops in Phillip Island.

The town house was dirty, there was marks all over the walls. The carpet was filthy. Cobwebs everywhere. It didn't match the photos that were put up on the website. Stated that it was functional for self-containment, yet left 1 pot and very limited cutlery. We had a family of 4 and could only imagine if we had more people stay. Due to their being 1 pot, we had to go out & buy a fry pan to cook.

The people who manage the place were very helpful. The premises, were not up to what we expected . First, we have 3 forks, 2 knifes for 6 people, we call the reception and brought what we need . Then, we need to use the induction stove, the instruction on the wall, were for a diferente brand induction stove, again call the reception and come to help us. When they found the stove's instructions, they tried to make it work, but the pots and pans weren't compatible. They went to buy the pots and pans. They brought us what they could find. Considering it was New Year's Eve on Phillip Island, probably around 5 PM. We are very disappointed with the property. The balcony was full of leaves. We had to clean the balcony ourselves if we wanted to stay there. I really wouldn't rent that property again.

Not enough accessories in the kitchen. They should have WiFi internet in the facility. Beds are not comfortable, very cheap & uncomfortable mattresses.

Was not thoroughly cleaned -item of clothing of previous occupants was left in bedroom. No internet service.

The downstairs area is not equipped with air-conditioning units, only the upstairs rooms have them. The mattresses provided are quite basic and not particularly comfortable. Additionally, the bathroom tiles are rather slippery, which could pose a safety concern. Overall, the value for money is not satisfactory.
