The room is so spacious and comfortable for family with small children. It’s equipped with kitchen and utensils.

Perfect location for getting around Kanazawa, as it is right next to the train station with all the food courts, shopping, etc., but without the noise you usually get in cities. We booked a suite as we were staying for just over a week and wanted more space with a kitchen, lounge and dining area. Room was perfectly clean, spacious, all cooking amenities provided, and everything was restocked every day. Staff helpful with booking restaurants and other queries. e used the same day and next day laundry service which was excellent, but there is a guest laundry if you prefer that. Gym available, but we didn't use it. Only issue for us was that there were no proper gluten-free options in the breakfast buffet, e.g. yoghurt and GF bread. Having been to Japan previously, I was prepared for this with my own bread, oats, etc., but it meant that I would have been paying 22AUD per day to eat there with mostly my own food. We would absolutely stay there again and recommend it to others.

A localização é extremamente conveniente, ao lado da estação de trem, o que facilita muito os deslocamentos, além de contar com um food court no mesmo complexo do prédio, oferecendo diversas opções práticas para refeições. Os quartos são espaçosos para o padrão japonês, proporcionando mais conforto, especialmente em estadias mais longas.

Very convenient location from Kanazawa train station that also has all the buses to visit sites, very well equipped room including basic pottery/cutlery in the kitchen, spacious room, body lotion provided, complimentary drinks from 11am-8pm, water coolers on every floor, option to borrow a range of items including adaptors & pillows etc

tin water bottles were provided on the first day with a note to refill in a bid to reduce & reuse which i thought was a good idea -until housekeeping threw away our bottles while we were out without replacing them. There was an option to borrow different types of pillows which I was very happy to try as Japanese pillows never seemed to work well for me, but the receptionists/housekeeping don't seem familiar with the options & ultimately sent the wrong one (Tempur instead of Dacron). When i called housekeeping to check, they had to check what was Dacron (easily googlable) & later told me they don't have it. Receptionist was not very helpful when we tried to find out some recommendations on the first day.

Quarto amplo, mobiliário moderno e parecendo novo. Super limpo. Recepção moderna, com hall e máquinas de autosserviço de café, vinho local e cerveja.

Café da manhã poderia ter mais frutas e um café melhor.
