Hyatt House Kanazawa

今回の旅行で宿泊したすべてのホテルの中で、こちらが間違いなく一番素晴らしい滞在でした。 客室（アパートメントタイプ）はとても広く、私たち用に大きなベッドが2台、そして息子のためにあらかじめ整えられたソファベッドが用意されていました。ソファベッドは想像以上に大きく、ピロートップが付いていたことでさらに快適だったようです。 バスルーム、洗面台、トイレがそれぞれ独立しており、とても使いやすい造りでした。さらに、客室内には食器洗い機まで備えられていて（今回は使用しませんでしたが）、大きめの冷蔵庫もあり、飲み物や食べ物を十分に収納することができました。 キッチン設備も非常に充実しており、ワイングラスやコップ、ケトル、カトラリー類に加え、カフェインレスコーヒー、砂糖、甘味料まで用意されていて、本当に細やかな配慮を感じました。 室内には小さなテーブルもあり、旅行日記を書くのが好きな私にとって、とても心地よい時間を過ごすことができました。奥にはクローゼットもあり、衣類の収納にも困りませんでした。あまりの快適さに「ここに住みたい」と思ったほどです。 また、ホテルのラウンジスペースも大変魅力的でした。一定時間まで追加料金なしでワインなどのドリンクを楽しむことができ、家族はゆったりと会話の時間を過ごしていました。このように気軽にくつろげる空間があるホテルは決して多くないと思います。 ホテルは金沢駅からも非常に近く、移動がとても便利でした。駅にはコンビニやレストランも充実しており、ホテル周辺にも飲食店があり大変便利でした。 このホテルに宿泊するために、また金沢を訪れたいと思えるほど素晴らしい滞在でした。

特に改善してほしい点は見当たりませんでした。 滞在中はすべてにおいて大変満足しており、快適そのものでした。 強いて言えば、チェックアウトしなければならなかったことが少し残念に感じたほどです。またぜひ宿泊したいと思っております。

お部屋もそうなのですが、とにかくラウンジの雰囲気、使い勝手、居住性、快適さが文句なしに素晴らしいです。お酒やソフトドリンクの飲み放題もありがたく、冬場のこたつもとてもアットホーム。ハイアット「ハウス」という名に合うコンセプトがしっかりマッチし過ぎてて大満足です。

特にはないのですが、強いて言うならば朝食料金が含まれていたのが1人分だけだったのでそこだけわかりにくかったです。

I understand this is a low end budget Hyatt brand when I book for 7 nights. What others have commented about the hotel, its facilities, room accommodation, free drinks and free breakfast are all very true and up to expectations. I cannot fault and love the hotel stay. Most of the staff were extremely helpful, warmth and spoke good English. I would have given the HH a 5 star rating if not for a particular staff member at the reception. I did ask for her name and was very tempted to write her name and single her out to the management for performance review and staff training. The issue I had was the EQ and service passion of the staff was lacking. When I approach her, one of the reception (Japanese with the initial K) staff to try to assist me in making a restaurant reservation, she bluntly replied and say we do not have a concierge service. Basically she just told me no I cannot help you. She just handed me the phone and expected me to hold a conversation with a local Japanese restaurant to check for availability. If I could speak Japanese I would not have to ask her for assistance. She just stand and watch me struggle talking to the restaurant. I had to hang up the call eventually and this staff member offer no assistance at all. I understand you are doing me a favor and of course I appreciate your trouble and assistance. But to draw the line that this is not in my job scope was something I cannot accept for a hotel staff member. You are in the hospitality industry, and if you do not enjoy the job or start drawing lines around your responsibilities, I think it’s about time to resign and find alternative work. I was very tempted to raise the issue with the manager since I was here for 7 nights.
