"DO NOT STAY HERE!"

First and foremost - NO TOILET PAPER! And the front desk was unwilling to bring any or go purchase any. We were told outright when we asked for toilet paper that they had none available and we wouldn't be getting any. The hotel was unsafe - we were even told to leave a list of potential guests as there were people that were banned from the property. Yet, when we asked for someone to fix the broken air conditioner to our extremely hot "poolside" room, they suggested we sleep with our door open and hope for a draft instead. No toilet paper, no towels, no toiletries. The phone barely worked, there were stains on the carpet, walls and beds, the bathroom light didn't work, and the pool area was completely drained. As if that wasn't bad enough, they refused to refund our money. Instead they sent us to their sister hotel where the conditions were the same. Only there we had the luxury of access to an outside window to cool the room.

Just a stay over to work. Not the best but not the worst there are a lot of activity around tho so you need to keep an eye on things didn’t feel very safe.
