no shelves. kind of plumber smell. shower weak pressure. no TV.

It was a cheap stay at a good location. Its only 7 minutes walking from the harbor and there are a couple of great food spots very nearby.

When I arrived for check-in a little boy talked to me in Spanish about the reservation. Soon after his mom came out to check me in. She didn't give me any sort of information or warm welcome, just the key to the room and that was it. The room was alright, very simple but it had everything I needed. When I later asked the host if I could use the laundry machine she said no. No reason why or any info on where I could do it, just no. I think in summary I just felt a bit unwelcome here, they don't do a good job with customer friendliness.

The accomodation was perfectly fine for the cost. Beds were clean and comfortable, bathroom was fine and shower was hot. The mirror was great and the outside seating area perfect. The fridge and coffee machine was also a welcomed facility. The aircon unit worked well but we only needed it once as the rooms kept a comfortable temperature. The staff were friendly and helpful when you found them but it wasn't clear how to contact or find them when needed.

We had towels in the bathroom on day one which was an unexpected but very pleasing touch, however, they were taken away on our second day and never returned. I asked for them but never had towels again for the entire stay. It would have been useful to have some hooks on the back of doors or wall to hang things up and perhaps one chest of drawers for clothes. The outside communal area would have been perfect if it was a cleaned up a little. There was a brown boggy puddle and no nice place to sit other than outside the room. I think with a small amount of effort and minimal cost it could be an amazing outside area - simple decking with the deck chairs, loungers and some bean bags on with a few low tables would be great and some lights strung around the pagoda above. An outside tap or shower would be useful to wash shoes/clothes.

Good location close to the Center but quiet, the restaurant next to it had good food and lovely staff, good beds, bike rental on site

There was no mosquito net, the shower was not the best, a bit more information before the check-in would be nice. E.g which room number you booked and that the key is at the door…, there are no hooks to hang anything

George and his crew are fantastic people!!!AC was working perfectly! Fridge is new and I was able to make my own ice ! New small appliances! I had everything I need tor 1 week stay! it’s excellent value!!!

water pressure but I think you will have that problem in most of the hotels .. it’s island!!!

Excellent location - quiet and very comfortable. Even when some roads were flooded, this part of the island is not affected. The shower is relatively warm - not hot but fine for the weather. Rooms have quiet AC and a fridge. Place was clean. Washing lines outside to dry your wet clothes after a day in the sea.

The WiFi was really poor. We didn't expect great WiFi on the island but it was far worse than the restaurant next door. It would appear then disappear at random. Maybe some extra routers could fix this problem? Staff can be hard to locate at times if you need anything but you can send them a message.
