It was in an ideal location to explore Pisa being only around 35 minutes walk from the airport, 5 minutes from the main shopping street and 15-20 minutes from the leaning Tower. The room was quirky and very comfortable, with a warm welcome upon arrival which was much appreciated as was being able to access the room at 12pm.

Only a minor thing I could have done with an extra pillow but otherwise I had a nice stay.

This property offers a perfect blend of comfort and utility. The rooms are generously sized and well-appointed with a comfortable bed, fridge, and coffee maker. I particularly enjoyed the central location, which provides quick access to local shopping, train station and essentials. A special thank you to the host for their exceptional kindness.

I found the indoor lighting to be a bit soft. If you are a guest who prefers bright, vibrant illumination, the atmosphere here is a bit more on the dim/moody side. Aside from that, everything was perfect!

Stanza al piano terra sulla strada. Schiamazzi della gente in strada e rumore della strada fino a tardi. Il bagno non ha il bidet. Si sente ogni rumore delle stanze confinanti

I was allowed to check in an hour early and leave my bag for a few hours the next day. The staff were lovely although they could not really speak much English so were a little hard to understand. It was most clean and the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and there was an aircon which was needed. A useful fridge and kettle with tea provided . Good location, 17 minutes walk to the leaning Tower. Easy to find with easy check in.

The room was a bit dusty and there definitely needs to be a better curtain

Receptionist was very friendly and helpful, stored our luggage whilst we explored Pisa. Was clean and crisp bedding. Location approx 1km from main attractions.
