Економ варіант. Ціна не висока. Є кондиціонер, кавоварка, душ.

Заїзд авто дуже вузьке місце, будинок на кутку вулиці, не зручно заїдати великим авто, впритик. В матрасах відчуваються пружини. Номер занедбаний.
