La ubicación del apartamento, su amplitud y limpieza.

El ascensor estaba estropeado y el apartamento estaba en un tercero; al comentarlo nos indicaron que iban a ver que se podía hacer; al volver de una vuelta por la ciudad nos encontramos un letrero "fuera de servicio" en el ascensor, sin más explicaciones. Eché de menos que nos hubieran dicho algo personalmente y un ofrecimiento de un apartamento en un piso más bajo.
