Villa Marquez Apartments

This three bedroom unit is ideally located a few blocks off the main tourist area of villa de Santo Antonio. A very clean and surprising large unit with a very nice and large bathroom. The kitchen is very nice and well stocked, minus the coffee pods. The rooftop is as advertised and provides panoramic views of the city before you. It is a professionally run operation and I was really happy with our stay there.

There were no coffee pods for their coffee pod coffee machine. I found out later that you are able to purchase said coffee pods at the front desk. Seems like there should at least be a few next to the machine to get you started. Parking is a little confusing. I parked in front of the unit to unload, then the receptionist told me of a garage I could park at but I could not find it and I ended up finding some street parking nearby.

Master bathroom could use a space heater

The unit was huge. Tons of space. It was spotless. It is a pleasant walk through a pine forest to the 15 mile beach. The shower was better than home. Just stay here, you won't regret it!

I really had no complaints, it's a 5 Star place. There's even a nice roof-top area for a lunch for a small group. You're 2 blocks from the waterfront. It's a beautiful unit in a great place!

Remotes didn't work and batteries were flat too.

When booking the property, I didn’t realize that pets were allowed. Unfortunately, for a few days, we had to put up with two barking dogs in the unit below us. 4:30 AM is too early for that nonsense.

Excelente para quem viaja em família - casal e até outras duas pessoas. Conta com 2 banheiros completos o que facilita muito. Cozinha completa (não usamos). Muito bem localizado pois fizemos tudo a pé. Informações completas e limpeza excelente. Recomendamos com certeza!!!
