La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Dallas - Frisco Stadium

There was never a front desk clerk at night time the elevator smelt like dog poop in the rooms wasn’t clean. The water didn’t run out completely.

Location, staff, and facilities were all great!

Beds are a little uncomfortable.

Location, front desk staff, pool, and breakfast were a bonus.

There was a very overpowering smell meeting you at the entrance. There was another peculiar smell in our bathroom for the entire stay.

Despite being nearly fully booked they were able to provide breakfast to everyone without empty food. Bed was super comfy!

African American female front desk staffer on duty at 6:30PM on Saturday refused to make change so I could have quarters to do laundry. She also refused to advise the laundry machines accepted credit cards. I had to leave the hotel to go get change and upon entering the laundry room I observed it took credit cards 🤬🤬

Good location, basic amenities. Good breakfast

Only complaint was arriving at 5pm to be told rooms weren’t ready. Ended up waiting about 20 minutes for our rooms.

Location was great and the room comfortable. The hotel was clean and staff were friendly.

Spacious clean facility. Nice beds.

There were no towels in the room. Even after asking for them 3 times, it took more than 30 minutes to get them to us. Front desk person on the line was very impatient when answering the call.
