Shower badly maintained - mould on wall and floor tiles.

Staff were fantastic. Very helpful

Clean, quiet. Friendly staff with a nice smile. What more do we need.

The property was in a good location for my needs, I did not see any staff during my stay except the cleaning person who woke me at 6 am knocking on my door, my car was parked directly outside my room so pretty obvious the room was still occupied and there were numerous vacant parking spots as the mine workers had left early in the morning so why she chose my room leaves me slightly bewildered. The room was clean and tidy but the bathroom was far from it, the door obviously does not get opened by the cleaners because there was a build up of hair and dirt behind it, the sink had hair on it and was a little grubby and no I’m not a whiner, I know how to maintain cleanliness and this bathroom was far from clean.

It was clean ,easy access and quiet.
