The beds were comfy the owner was a lovely man

No hairdryer….no electric blanket,the fridge was to small for a 3 bedroom villa , not enough seating for a 3 bedroom,there was artwork just shoved in the wardrobe in the master but the thing that bothered me the most was…. The carpets were dirty

"Great location, clean, quiet"

Great location, quiet, room is well setup with everything you need for a short stay. Room was clean, bottled water supplied on check in and great to see recycling bins outside all rooms. Friendly and helpful check with advice on places to visit while in Maryborough. Excellent blockout blinds to keep bright sunlight out in the early morning. Heater works well on chilly night, wifi good and all streaming services on the TV (bring your own log-in details).

Bed is king size however mattress is quite springy therefore each time a partner moves, it disturbs the other. So, not a deal breaker, but not the best sleep we've ever had.
