La ducha es muy poco funcional. Se sale todo el agua para afuera. No es cómodo y tiene pocos utensilios

Very easy to access and enter the room. There’s a direct bus from the central station, and the bus stop is only 300 m from the hotel. We stayed in a quiet ground-floor room with a terrace. The room was well-equipped, with comfortable beds, spotless glasses, and clean kitchen utensils. A Lidl supermarket is located nearby for any essentials, and there’s a Turkish restaurant close to the hotel—perfect for a late-night meal.

The staff was wonderful.

It was probably the least expensive option we could find in Lucerne, and its location was rather convenient, just 10-12 minutes by bus from the train station and the beautiful Old Town. The apartment was clean and functional.

Using the phone app to unlock the entrance door and the apartment door worked for me because I had an eSim card, but my wife's phone with the apartment WiFi but without eSim sometimes gave her trouble. Everything about the apartment, building, location felt very "basic". And while it was rather expensive even by European standards, in super-expensive Switzerland it may be inexpensive indeed.

We only stayed one night the owners were very communicative and helpful. It was a comfortable place we loved it. They have car parking underground but you required to pay for it. We didn’t mind.

Not quite as central a location as being right downtown, noise from the busy street was fine if we had the windows closed, but too noisy to have the windows open.
