They do not do daily room service so I had to go and ask for additional towels washcloths, and there was so much noise above us. It was almost impossible to sleep.

Very clean. Cooperative staffing.

Very spacious and comfortable room.

My husband became ill and is in hospital and would not refund money thought that was an unforeseen event I had not control over

Hotel is dirty. Dead bugs everywhere. Never cleaned the room or left clean towels, or tissue. Never anyone at front desk. Breakfast was terrible.

We been here the last Year's for Family Reunion. We Love The Location and Convenience too. Great Job Wills Point Texas. Build more Hotels Soon. Please.

Check in hotel person was unfriendly, unprofessional, and did not engage. I raised a question about the number of beds - we had requested a roll-away/cot in addition to the 2 queen/double beds - as we had 2 adults and 2 children. She said the hotel does not use cots and offered no explination. We needed that extra bed due to a medical condition of one of the adults. She was rude and did not even try to find a solution. That double room with an extra bed is on their website as to accommodate a “family”.

Staying at BW was comforting for our weekend. The service at front desk and overall was great. The manager was very helpful. The room was clean, and everything worked. We would be back
