Atendimento: desde o check in até o check out muito bem atendido por todos os funcionários do hotel.

O quarto está com alguns problemas e algum foi resolvido e deram até opção de trocar de quarto, mas resolvemos ficar no mesmo quarto assim mesmo.

Boa localização, no centro de TCO, com garagem coberta e de fácil acesso. Equipe bem preparada e disposta a fazer de nossa estada um sucesso, parabéns!!! Comida saborosa e café da manhã com boas opções! Voltarei a ficar lá sempre que for a TCO!

Infelizmente, os quartos não tem bom isolamento acústico, o que faz com que consigamos ouvir TUDO o que acontece em outros apartamentos. Fui acordada às 3h45 da manhã pelo casal do quarto do outro lado do corredor... enfim... De maneira geral, a estadia foi muito mais positiva que negativa! E ainda tive uma ótima indicação de rotas para chegar à Viçosa, meu destino final! Muito obrigada, equipe, vocês foram DEZ!!!
