The transportation from airport to hotel and the shuttle from hotel to canton fair (which i come for it) The room was clean

- There doesn't have equipment like tea spoon or fork in the room just wood stick when I called roomservice for that they bring wood stick - there is no one in the lobby for afternoon tea .it's close at 6pm but some time before that time - I arrived on 1.35 am at hotel then I couldn't sleep because the AC didn't work properly i called the reception they sent mentance guy who i couldn't understand what he say because he speaks chinese (he can't speak english)in the last he brought a fan. The reception said i had to wait until 11 to 12 next day for change the room so I went to canton fair with sleep - the breakfast buffet is unexpected there is no halal food and not a continental food it just chainese food which i can't eat it and when come for chef to make me omelet I found he made a many scrambled eggs I don't know when he did it That's is international hotel near to airport mean that many traveller around the world will stay there so It must provide all the needs of these nationalities to be satisfactory to all - The bathroom toilet does not have a bidet, which caused us an obstacle and difficulty in using it
