The location was convenient

Booking didn't send payment to the property for the room. I paid the property directly and when I returned later that night they had rented the room to someone else. In short I paid for a room twice that I didn't even end up getting. That's the second time in a 12 month period I got absolutely ripped off through Booking.com and got horrible customer service and no refund

Bathroom sink leaked all over floor. Breakfast was bad. No counter in bathroom. No bath mat. Clothes rack was only about 4 feet off the ground. Cost was $177 not worth it.

Happy, kind, clean staff. Clean room. Ongoing cleaning and restocking during breakfast.

Expensive for the brand and location imo... that bathroom sink is a hard no- replace those immediately. (Looked like a 12 inch pedestal sink no counter)
