"Room wasn’t ready"

We arrived to check in at 330 and they gave us keys to a room that hadn’t been cleaned and turned over yet. We went back downstairs and were told they didn’t have another room with a king size bed available. Our options were wait 30 minutes (until 4, an hour past check in time) for our reserved room or accept a room with two queens. I appreciate that solutions were offered but I feel like reserved rooms should be ready at check in time, not an hour later. We didn’t have the time to wait so we had to accept the two queen beds. We also consistently had issues with our keys working to unlock the room, even right after we got them.

"Nice Hotel..."

A nice place to stop for the night. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. It appears that this is an older place, but we found that it was very well maintained throughout. Breakfast was about what you would expect at this price point, but it got us going in the morning. We will stay here again on our next trip..
