"Lake Travis 1 nighter nice facility"

The recent remodeling of the room was very nice. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Although the rooms seemed recently renovated the mattress and pillows seemed old and worn out. The breakfast was terrible cold eggs and sausage patties and undercooked cold potatoes.

"Great Customer Care"

I traveled with my older parents to Texas on a last-minute trip to be with a family member in hospice care. Springhill Suites was exactly the hotel we needed, but the service and kindness showed by Arthur at the front desk was truly appreciated. The hotel's cleanliness and the nice breakfast were as desired, but Arthur's compassion is what stood out the most!

"New place; great Breakfast"

enjoyed my third stay there. The rooms are clean & comfortable. The breakfast is amazing featuring a waffle grill, scrambled eggs and also a wide selection of cereals, muffins & yogurt. Great coffee ☕️ too. It also has a complete fitness center and an indoor pool. The manager, Arthur, is always available to ensure that you’re having a pleasant stay. Laura, the food & beverage manager, does an amazing job as do the front Desk and housekeeping personnel.

"Great stay overall — clean, convenient, and comfortable, though a bit pricey."

We liked the hotel's cleanliness, the good breakfast, and the little shop for last-minute needs. The parking area is spacious and very convenient. Everything was very comfortable and well-maintained.

The only thing I found a bit excessive was the price — around $400 per night for a room with one bed and a sofa bed. It seemed pretty high for a hotel of this level, especially compared to other locations. I would definitely stay here again if the price were more reasonable; this time, I simply didn’t have another option.

Overall the stay was good. The AC unit was a little loud needs maintenance. The workout room did not have towels. We had to get cleaning solution from the front desk and the next day there was not any paper towels. The room is kinda dark not much light. And there was a charge for parking…. The breakfast was good. Something for everyone.
