Room was excellent. Very clean. Breakfast had so many options and everything was great.

Stayed here on a whim on a Saturday night. We were in town for a wedding and chose not to drive back to Denver because it was late. The hotel is very clean, beds were extremely comfortable and the staff are great to top it off. Late when we came back to the room we were able to get a drink from the little market at the front office which had a nice variety and enjoy the fireplace on comfy chairs at the lobby . It was cold so didn’t sit outdoors but there looked to be a nice seating area outside to enjoy when the weather is warmer. 5/5 experience! This will be my go to hotel at the Springs when I come to town again!

Got a studio room. It was nice will definitely stay again.

I'm a worldwide traveler and a property owner. I was charged $210 (maybe more charges to come because they keep adding) for damage we didn't do. Called to complain about the charges and no resolve. Advice: Alert staff if there is a problem with your room. I didn't so now I' m charged. For the staff that lied on us, when negativity comes upon you remember me.

We've been to a few hotel's that say they are a 4 star hotel, but they're only talking about the lobby and not the rooms. This hotel is truly a 4 star from the lobby to the room. The only thing we would say, please change the pillows. Fantastic hotel.

The hotel is fairly new, well located, and has a pretty good (included) breakfast for a hotel; I did not know that daily cleaning of the room was not done, only a “refreshment” (basically took out the trash and changed towels) but no cleaning at all, vacuuming or even making the bed was done, so had to request it;… and apparently a full cleaning is only done after having been there for seven days, which I did not like (… all of this with the old excuse of changes after covid..?) the only other downside is that the only kind of room is with a king bed and a sleeper sofa (would have liked to have the option of two double beds) having the kitchen area was convenient, although, the layout does not allow you to fully open the dishwasher. Overall I would likely stay there again

I loved the hotel and all the amenities. I just wish the bed was a little less firm. I would recommend the hotel and would go back again. I just hope i got an old bed.

My first couple of stays here were fine. I was saddened on this stay to see a property in decline, ravaged by the cheapness of its management. Despite having costs similar or higher to other hotels with daily housekeeping, this hotel no longer offers it. We stayed three nights and a housekeeper entered our room zero times. Ridiculous. Despite booking the same room type as other stays, we were put in an inferior room with a kitchen crammed into a corner, versus the roomy kitchens seen on the website. The room's heating and air conditioning seemed to have no association with the temperature set on the thermostat, and the bed was in bad shape, with a big bump in the middle and a slope towards the wall. I have stayed in many Residence Inns, and the breakfast at this one is simply ambysmal. The eggs are pre-made little souffles that are wrapped in plastic and sit in the heating dish. The muffins are the same. Who wants to eat heated plastic for breakfast? There was a single slice of bacon left 20 minutes before breakfast ended, and the only milk available for cereal was oat milk. Similarly, the coffee creamer options were all sweetened fake creamer--no milk or half and half. It all screams of management buying the cheapest (and thus most processed) "food" they can get away with. I don't expect a gourmet breakfast at a Residence Inn, but this one is serving vending machine food on heaters. The property also suffers from invisible staff. The person working breakfast wasn't visible...they were in the back as much as possible. Across three days of entering and exiting the hotel at various points, a staff member was visible at the front desk precisely once...at check-in. The rest of the time they hid in the office. Very odd. It seemed a nice addition to Colorado Springs lodging when it opened, but between absent service, rooms that don't look like the pictures, the gas station breakfast, and the too-cheap-to-clean-the-rooms management, I would look elsewhere.
