Hampton Inn Jasper

Clean hotel with a great location.

I did not like paying up front to be charged again at the hotel, and then told to pay a third time before I left.

This Hampton Inn is the best branch we have been to. It was so clean, highly friendly & professional staff w good hot breakfast! No wonder they are #1 !

I thought they had some good choices but were out of a lot of items on Saturday by 9:20.

Breakfast was disappointing

Staff was all super friendly. Hotel was clean. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety. I have zero complaints about this hotel. Very easy drive to Holiday World, which is why we stayed here. Oh and there’s a nice riverwalk within walking distance of the property.

Hotel was very clean. Tyler was expecptional, very professional and a joy to speak with. Loved the decor on the cow photo behind the desk. He even let me take a photo( as seen) Andy helped with my call prior and he was very nice and professional as well. Thank you both Andy and Tyler for being amazing. These two individuals and the clean rooms and building as a whole was very pleasant. Highly recommended.

We have stayed here many times. This last visit was not great. Both my husband and myself noticed a change in the quality of pillows. Neither of us rested well. We asked for substitute pillows, but they were the same. Whatever has happened, it has not been an improvement. We love this hotel, please fix this!

Everybody was great. They all truly cared about us as your customer!
