Cheap, with strategic location. Many eateries nearby. A few pubs in operation at night.

When other room occupants smoking in their rooms, the bad smell smoke can travel through airways to my room washroom, causing inconvenient my room smells smoking. Even though no smoking signage available in all rooms, some people still smokes. The management should install smoke detector in all rooms to prevent anyone smoking. Public parking not available since always full.

"Sam hotel is good!"

The room was spacious, had good view, and the bedding was good. Location was ideal and close to restaurants, 7Elevan, carwash, clinics, temple, etc.
