Hermosa vista al lago

En los glamping no tienen camas dobles, sino dos sencillas pegadas y el peor colchón en el que hemos dormido, nos cambiaron la segunda noche a un colchón normal pero por el mismo precio te quedas en un lugar mucho mejor en cualquier parte de Nicaragua. La piscina es linda pero tiene daypass y se llena muchísimo. No puedes hacer check out antes de las 9:30am, hay que dar un depósito de $80

No ofrecen comida a la carta El personal atiende fríamente, sin amabilidad Todo es muy tardado, desde el check in hasta el check out

En el área de Habitación bien area público bien piscina bien

Bueno la Hopitalidad muy mal no existe profesionalismo de atención en el área de Recepción al público necesita capacitación .

The common areas were nice, especially the pool and incredible views. The pool table etc needed upgrading. The staff were curtious and helpful, when we left a phone in a cab they called him and helped us retrieve it.

The room (glamping 2) was very disappointing, the mattress was very old, it was hard and needs replacing immediately. The shower was not hot. The room was poorly furnished and needed some love and attention. But the bed was the main problem, neither of us slept.

El lodge es hermoso, las instalaciones y la vista son geniales.

Si no vas en carro es un poco complicado moverse al pueblo.

I love this place is one my favorites. The view the tranquility, the atmosphere and most of all the staff is so friendly, amazing and very courteous.

The nicest thing is the view everything else is a disappointment the facilities are worn down pool is dirty they dont clean it no ambience very boring front desk person is rude banging on our door for early 10am checkout avoid
