"Sunny Retro beach house which has charm but also a bit shabby round the edges."

Great location, quiet, lovely sunny deck, fireplace/wood heater, big TV, cute retro features, well equipped kitchen (plates, glasses, cooking utensils, pots pans)

Bit rundown and in need of some TLC. Very old oven and stove, deck furniture in need of a good sanding and polish, some windows didn’t open properly. Owners need to fix a few things to make it more comfortable.

"Expected style for price, its a older house but excellent location."

Great location, close to facilities, national park, restaurants and beaches.

Some small repairs required, no fly screen on door to outdoor verandah so couldn't have door open (as too many bugs).

Stayed for a quiet weekend with my best friend and her partner, my partner and our daughter for my 30th birthday. Accommodation felt homely, comfortable with plenty of space for us all. Really fantastic location to walk to the beach, and truly not far at all to the local cafe and restaurant. The deck overlooking water was the perfect place to sit and watch the sunset.

"Loved the area and enjoyed the walks in the National Park. Scenery is stunning."

The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The front deck was good.

The driveway needs repair, thankfully I had a large 4WD and could carefully drive up the driveway and around the back of the house. The house needs a bit repairs and maintenance in the kitchen and bathroom.

Location was good

The step out of the bedroom caused a broken ankle and dislocation and air ambulance to Hobart. Extremely dangerous. Kitchen bit tired, ran out of gas on the BBQ

Many surfaces quite sticky. Tried wiping down but still sticky. Bench. Table top. House was lovely situation but a bit tired eh window frames rotting. Prob needs some maintenance. But fine to stay in and renovated areas were great. Good facilities.
