When you look for a class hotel, don't go there But if you want a nice pub where you can sleep, it's perfect!

The room was comfy and cozy and room was worth the price.

Easy and simple to deal with. Very accommodating and happy to help.

Basic accommodation but a good sized room and the bathroom was clean and well equipped and it looked relatively newly fitted, so shower was good quality. Bed was comfortable and I got a good night's sleep overall. The accommodation is right in the centre of Surbiton with all of it's amenities and attractions right on the doorstep. Landlord and other staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming.

I stayed a Saturday night and there was live music on in the pub below which throbbed loudly through the floor until 11pm. So you might want to go out for the evening if it's music night and return when it's all over if you are not staying for the booked band. Having said that, the music stopped bang on 11pm and it was quiet after that, which was appreciated. Wifi signal was a little wavery in effectiveness but I just about managed to maintain what I needed to do.

Arrived to find room not available due to plumbing issues

Booking confirmed on booking.com and money taken but on arrival the room had been given to someone else and no rooms available. Had to try and find somewhere else to stay at 8.30pm

Nothing, avoid this place

Loud, dirty, busy pub with an extremely rude owner. We arrived, waited politely and asked the waitress about our room. She said we did not have a reservation and asked her boss. He seemed overstressed and/or intoxicated. He immediately yelled at her. We stayed silent. Shortly after, and without me having the possibility to say a word , he started yelling in my face and at my daughter on which we had no other option than to leave. Clearly we did have a reservation as our money was taken and I was asked to write a review. Here it is!
