Villa Caterina - Solemar Sicilia

The location was great, not so touristy. The equipment was new and clean.

We got the apartment that used to be a garage (I think), so we were not in the villa. We stayed in Cefalu during off-season, so we did not use air-con. In the “garage apartment” we had to pay for electricity and even though we did use only TV and water heating, we paid around 10€ extra. I can’t imagine staying there during summer.

Beautiful garden.

Quite noisy. Street noise and could hear neighbors.

We liked everything about Villa Caterina. Spacious. Great views of the mountains from three balconies. Located on a lush grounds, with fruit trees like persimmons. Great care has gone into this property.

Not very easy to get to as the road from the beach is steep and not well paved

Schöne Villa mit tollem Garten, großzügige Wohnung für 2 Personen. Frühstück auf der eigenen Terrasse. Ruhig trotz Straßen in der Nähe. ca 15 Minuten ins Zentrum bergab und ca 20 Minuten zurück bergauf.

Küchenausstattung etwas übersichtlich.

Het ruime appartement was top en we hadden 2 grote privé balkons. Erg fijn en groot bed en verder was het appartement voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt tijdens je verblijf.

Waar je rekening mee moet houden is dat de locatie niet top is als je niet goed ter been bent. In 10 minuten lopen ben je in het centrum van Cefalu, maar de weg terug naar het appartement loop je een vrij steile helling omhoog. Verder moesten we extra voor elektriciteit betalen voor de laatste 2 dagen van ons verblijf.

Le cadre , l'accueil correct, nous avons vu quelqu'un, ce qui devient rare.
