The Beacon - 2 Bedroom Town Center Apartment

It was a nice property with spectacular views. It was easy walking distance to most everything we had planned.

Not enough closet space to to pack away luggage or unpack suitcases.

Location was very good

Access to Key with long process. Microwave was not working, no one come for daily cleaning Not satisfactory for the value of money

The information provided beforehand was thorough and well thought out, so easy to follow and prepared us well for the visit. The location was a lovely short walk from town and our room was clean and very comfortable.

Single beds not comfortable

A bit tired..lots of rules to abide by “or you’ll incur a fee”..only communication was via email..no personal help regarding luggage storage prior to or after check in and out apart from contact a 3rd party and pay a fee.

Very good location, apartment & outside are clean & tidy! Space is reasonable & comfortable with this price! Kitchen is well equipped, clean & tidy! TV is modern & advanced comparing with other accommodation we stayed, can access youtube, netflex, etc. Though the apartment is under private management & is not under the hotel management but the hotel staff was still very helpful to us! I greatly appreciate his help indeed.!

I did not realized that the apartment is not under the Beacon management & service but is under private management instead?! No instruction's been given to access to the car park, if without the staff from hotel directing us, it's impossible to find it at all! Besides, the instruction to get the door key was not clear! Again if without the kind staff from the hotel going to the apartment with us, we could not know how to get in the apartment! Driving a few rounds on a narrow road to find a hiding carpark entrance & going up & down between front desk & apartment for a few times seeking help from hotel management staff to access to the apartment, was very frustrating & upsetting! Accessibility issues wasted a lot of our precious time & took us an hour or so to be able to settle in the apartment but after a long tiring driving day & end with late dinner!! After all, the stay was pleasant, comfortable & convenience.

the property was first class and the location was just perfect for our stay in queenstown

Great place to stay within a very short walk to the town centre. It is also a very well maintained complex.

This is an ideal location about 5 minutes walk to town. Ivan was very clear and helpful in his communication about how to gain access and how to leave the property on departure. It was perfect for us and our 2 young sons. Nice outdoor courtyard and seating area with communal bbq.
