All the amenities that one would need were present. The staff was very helpful, and gave me an upgrade to a 2 bed apt. The housekeeping and maintenance ppl were very responsive and sorted out the little issues I had immediately. Would highly recommend.

clear information given by the host at all stages. The accommodation was excellent and spacious. The location was excellent and made getting around really easy. Taxis are cheap as well.

some form of non-slip mat in the main bathroom for when taking a shower. A dishcloth and spray to clean the worktops in the kitchen area. The lack of recycling facilities in the property.

The apartment was very convenient as we wanted to stay a night as we was attending the wedding at Excellency Midlands. Also had a 2 issues which the manager sorted it out and offered us a ground floor another 2 bedroom apartment to stay and relax and had the existing apartment too in top as a apology which I really appreciate it. Thank you for making our stay relaxing and pleasant.

Convenient for ironbridge and motorway.

Not fault of venue cigarette smoke in lift.

One of the sofas could do with a clean, was a bit on the expensive side.
