Room was rundown, refrigerator was leaking, air conditioner did not work, no table lamp, towels were cheap and stained, furniture was dirty, hair, and stains in the bedding

Ничего. Я так и не смог заселиться.

Отель потребовал $50 наличными в качестве депозита, хотя в условиях бронирования на Booking это нигде не было указано. В результате меня отказались заселять, и я остался без жилья, хотя бронь была оплачена. Это обман и нарушение условий.
